Day 1

Arrival- Windhoek Welcome to Namibia! A driver from the car rental company will welcome you in the arrivals hall of the airport and transfer you to the rental depot in Windhoek. We will meet you here to assist with the vehicle collection, ensuring you have everything necessary to embark on your Namibian adventure. After a short drive, arrive at your hotel, where you can unload your luggage and walk to a nearby bistro for a bite to eat. A driver picks you up from your hotel at 14:00 for a Windhoek City Tour, which takes 3 hours. The tour is fun and gives historical context to Windhoek's buildings and an insight into the lively culture of Windhoek's informal township, Katatura. We recommend sundowners on the veranda of Heinitzburg Castle before you enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant. Overnight at the Windhoek Luxury Suites Basis: B+B

Day 2

Windhoek - Kalahari Breakfast. Travel from Windhoek to the Kalahari. You'll arrive in time for lunch. Relax until it is time to join a guide for a scenic sundowner drive and enjoy a gorgeous sunset on a Kalahari dune. Travel time from Windhoek to the lodge is approximately 3h. Day 3

Kalahari - Fish River Have lunch in Keetmanshoop and take time to stretch your legs. Visit the nearby Quiver Tree Forest and Giant's Playground. Arrive at Canyon Lodge late in the afternoon. Relax and enjoy the facilities before you sit down for a hearty dinner. Travel time from the Kalahari to Canyon Lodge is approximately 4h30. Overnight at Canyon Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 4

A Day Exploring the Fish River Canyon Breakfast. This morning, you join a guide to visit the main lookout points over the Fish River Canyon, which will give you a fascinating insight into the ancient geology of the canyon landscape. Overnight at Canyon Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 5

Fish River - Lüderitz Breakfast. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before driving to Luderitz. Check in at Alte Villa. Explore this quirky town on foot. Purchase your permits for your Kolmanskop visit at Desert Deli and Gifts. A permit costs N$85 for adults and N$50 for kids younger than 15. Enjoy dinner at one of the town's restaurants. Travel time from the Fish River to Lüderitz is approximately 4h30. Overnight at Alte Villa Basis: B+B

Day 6

Explore Lüderitz & Beyond Breakfast. Kolmanskop is open from 08:00 - 13:00 and has two guided tours. The first tour starts at 09:30, and the second starts at 11:00. Return from Kolmanskop and continue your exploration of Luderitz. If it is a nice day - consider spending time on Aphrodite Beach. Overnight at Alte Villa Basis: B+B

Day 7

Lüderitz - NamibAand Nature Reserve Breakfast. Travel from Luderitz to the Namib Desert via Helmeringhausen. Please ensure you arrive at NaDEET on the NamibRand Nature Reserve by 14:00 to have lunch and receive a short briefing. Afterwards, you'll meet your Tok Tokkie guide and hike to your first overnight camp. The journey time from Lüderitz to NaDeet is approximately 4h45. Overnight at Tok Tokkie Trail Basis: DBB + L

Day 8

A Day of Hiking on the NamibRand Nature Reserve Spend the full day hiking in the magnificent NamibRand Nature Reserve with your guide. This evening, you enjoy dinner prepared on the open fire before falling asleep on your comfortable camp bed under a blanket of stars. Overnight at Tok Tokkie Trail Basis: FB

Day 9

NamibRand - Sesriem Breakfast. A beautiful morning hike back to NaDEETt where you have lunch. Then, travel the short distance to Sesriem. Check in at your lodge and spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the facilities. Travel time between NaDEET and Sesriem is approx lh30. Overnight at Desert Homestead Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 10

A Day in the Sossusvlei Area This morning, you will have an early start to ensure you are at the Namib Naukluft gate when it opens at sunrise. Join a guide from the lodge and travel in a 4x4 vehicle to the Sesriem entrance gate into the Namib Naukluft Park. Once you have passed the gate, travel 60km between the majestic dunes of Sossusvlei until you arrive at the parking areas for Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei. Spend the morning visiting Sossusvlei, Deadvlei and Dune 45 on your way back to the gate. If you're feeling energetic, climb Big Daddy Dune and admire the expanse of the Namib Sandsea and the sight of Marble Mountain nearby. Explore the Sesriem Canyon before exiting the park and returning to the lodge for lunch and a relaxing afternoon. Overnight at Desert Homestead Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 11

Sesriem - Swakopmund Breakfast. Travel through the Namib landscapes from Sesriem to Swakopmund. Stop at Solitaire for apple pie, coffeet or tea before continuing along your route to the Atlantic Ocean. The route crosses the Tropic of Capricorn and continues through the Caub and Kuiseb canyons that cut through the Namib gravel plains. Arrive in Swakopmund in the afternoon and relax before choosing a restaurant for dinner. Travel time from Sesriem to Swakopmund is approximately 4h30. Overnight at The Stiltz Basis: B+B

Day 12

A Day on the Namibian Coast Breakfast. After breakfast, you drive to Walvis Bay for an adventure-filled day. First, explore the Walvis Bay Harbour and its marine wildlife on a catamaran. On your return to the harbour, meet your guide and 4x4 vehicle, spending the afternoon driving through the Namib dunes to Sandwich Harbour. You'll spend the afternoon driving through the Namib dunes to Sandwich Harbour. This is one of the most spectacular views in Namibia. The dune trip includes a light lunch at a scenic lookout point. Travel time between Swakopmund and Walvisbay is roughly 45 minutes. Overnight at The Stiltz Basis: B+B

Day 13

Exploring the coastal dunes of the Namib Desert Breakfast. Join a guide for an exciting educational tour which discovers the beauty and life within the coastal dunes of the Nar-nib. This tour focuses on the fauna and flora of the dune belt and includes a 4x4 scenic dune drive with excellent photographic opportunities. Suitable for adults and children. Day 14

Swakopmund - Spitzkoppe Breakfast. Travel from Swakopmund to the Spitzkoppe. Consider driving via the Moon Landscape and stopping at Goanikontes for a bite to eat before continuing to the Spitzkoppe. Arrive at the lodge and check in. Spend the rest of the day exploring the area. Travel time between Swakopmund and Spitzkoppen Lodge is roughly 2h. Overnight at Spitzkoppen Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 15

Spitzkoppe Discovery Breakfast. Today, you'll join a local guide for a tour of Bushman's Paradise, the Zebra Pool, Rock Archa and the Colden Snake painting. Lunch is included in the excursion. Return to the lodge and relax after the days activities. Overnight at Spitzkoppen Lodge Basis: DBB

Day 16

Spitzkoppe - Twyfelfontein Breakfast. Travel from Spitzkoppe to Twyfelfontein via Uis. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Check in and relax before driving the short distance to the Unesco World Heritage Site at Twyfelfontein to admire the rock art in the company of a local guide. Return to the lodge for a beautiful sundowner before dinner. Travel time between the Spitzkoppe and Twyfelfontein is roughly 3h40. Overnight at Twvfelfontein Adventure Camp Basis: DBB

Day 17

Twyfelfontein - Etosha Breakfast. Travel from Twyfelfontein to Etosha. Enter the park through the southern Andersson gate. As soon as you enter the park, your game viewing begins. Check in at Okaukuejo. You have time for an afternoon game drive in the park before returning to the lodge for an early dinner. Then, join a guide for a night game drive in the park. Travel time between the Spitzkoppe and Twyfelfontein is roughly 4h. Overnight at Okaukueio Basis: DBB

Day 18

A day in Etosha Breakfast. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the middle of Etosha. Have lunch at Halali (situated in the centre of the park). Exit the park through the Von Lindequist gate and check in at your lodge. Travel distance through the park is roughly 180km, which you complete at your own pace. Please keep in mind that the speed limit within the park is 60 km/h. Overnight at Mushara Bush Camp Basis: DBB

Day 19

A day in Etosha You have an early morning start to join a Mushara guide and vehicle for a game drive in Etosha. Explore the northern parts of Etosha National Park before returning to Mushara for lunch. Take a break during the hottest part of the day when animals seek refuge in the shade. Later in the afternoon, return to the park for more game viewing in your own vehicle. Overnight at Mushara Bush Camp Basis: DBB

Day 20

Etosha - Okonjima Travel from Etosha to Okonjima via Tsumeb, Otavi and Otjiwarongo. Arrive at Okonjima and check in at Plains Camp. Join the afternoon guided leopard drive. Return to the lodge for dinner. Travel time between Etosha and Okonjima is roughly 4h. Overnight at Okonjima Plains Camp Basis: DBB

Day 21

Okonjima - Windhoek - Depart An early morning visit to the Okonjima Africat Carnivore Care Centre with a guide. Return to the lodge for brunch before checking out and travelling south to Windhoek. Return your rental car to the depot and transfer to the airport to check in for your onward flight. Travel time between Okonjima and Windhoek is roughly 2h45. END OF SERVICES
