Day 1

Windhoek - Etosha
Transfer to Hosea Kutako International Airport to check in for the FlyNamibia Safari flight to Ongava. The
flight departs HKIA at 09:40 and arrives at Ongava at 10:40. You'll be met by a driver at the Ongava
airstrip and transferred to the lodge, where the friendly staff will welcome you and help you plan your
activities during your stay on the Ongava Private Game Reserve. (As small charter aircraft only permit
soft bags, any hard suitcases will be securely stored in Windhoek during your safari, if required).

Day 2

Ongava Reserve
Breakfast. Enjoy the day game viewing and exploring the Ongava Reserve with your guide, and relax at
the lodge with views of the busy waterhole where a steady stream of various animals comes to drink.
Photographers have access to a photography hide. Your meals will be served in the main dining area
under thatch or on the dining deck under the stars.

Day 3

Ongava Reserve
Breakfast. Another full day of game viewing on Ongava Reserve, or drive into Etosha Park with your
guide. Visit the Ongava Research Centre at Anderssons @ Ongava to learn more about the cutting-edge
conservation work conducted on the reserve. The research focuses on wildlife and plant ecology,
studying animal population sizes, interactions between species, and animal movements. Ongava
research strives to develop new methods to document the natural world and its processes.

Day 4

Ongava - Hosea Kutako Airport - Depart
Breakfast. Enjoy the morning at Ongava before being transferred from the lodge to the Ongava airstrip.
Your flight departs at 14:50 and arrives at Hosea Kutako Airport at 15:50. We will meet you at the airport
and assist you with the check in for your onward flight or transfer you to Windhoek from where you will
continue your safari itinerary.
